The 2011 Rhysling nominations are out! Congrats to all the nominees!
This is the first year in the last six that I don't have a poem on that list myself, but considering I only had one poem published last year ("5,433 Miles," in Star*Line), that's no big surprise.
I'm especially pleased to see the two nominations from that little magazine I help edit poetry for, MindFlights:

Also, in other news, I sent back the corrected galleys for The Shard Axe today. I suspect my copy editor (not to be confused with my actual editor, who I hope still likes me, heh) is going to hate my guts after this, but, you know, I'm okay with that. Better her than the legions of DDO/Eberron fans, heh.
Everything Else
In other, other news, tomorrow is Max's next oncology appointment, which means tonight will be spent attempting to get a urine sample from him. That's always fun. Want some idea of just how hard it is? Try getting a urine sample from a rabid wolverine covered in bacon grease, without using a tranquilizer gun. Yeah. Except that's easier. Heh.
Anyway, please say a prayer for my little guy, if you're so inclined, that the results come back normal. Thanks!
