Writing
So I think I mentioned before that I have a story in the Renegade Legion prose anthology being put out by Budgie Smuggler Games, Voices of Veruna.

Well, the book releases TOMORROW, June 5! You can, of course, go buy it right now:
United States: https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B096DJNQMY
Australia: https://www.amazon.com.au/dp/B096DJNQMY
UK: https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B096DJNQMY
Canada: https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B096DJNQMY
My contribution, "Stepping Stones," is about colonization and assimilation from the Indigenous POV. It's rather bittersweet that it would come out this week. More on that below.
But first, the cool book trailer put together by the book's editor, Ben H. Rome:

Everything Else
My story releasing now is bittersweet given the news coming out of British Columbia about the mass grave found at the Kamloops Residential School. 215 children. White people across Canada are shocked, I say, shocked. Indigenous people are not - we've been telling you about these abuses for DECADES, but no one listened. The fact that it took unearthing the bodies of 215 innocent children to get people to finally hear us is honestly soul-crushing.
And this is not an isolated incident. There are more graves out there. There were 130 Residential Schools in Canada.
There were 357 in the US.
You do the math.

In more pleasant news, it's Pride Month, and Blue's Clues had an amazing Pride Parade! So here's a happier image to leave you with:
