A sale is always a nice Mother's Day gift!
Everything Else
I hope all my mom friends out there had a great Mother's Day! I did. We celebrated with my neighbor's family. She was so thoughtful, she went out and bought a card and a small gift for the boys to give me (usually my husband's job) - I really do have the best neighbors ever. It doesn't hurt that she makes just about the world's best carrot cake, either, heh.
Didn't hear from my hubby, but he told me he might not be able to call because there's always a rush on the phones on holidays. He called a few days ago, plus sent flowers and chocolate, so it's all good. Of course, it's been over 100 degrees here for the past several days, so by the time I discovered the package on the doorstep, the chocolate was a bit of a lost cause, but I had fun licking the paper. Heh.
