So, I sold a story to Arkham Tales in March of last year. The magazine folded before the story was published. Now the magazine has been revived by Leucrota Press, and they've retained the editor who accepted said story. So, if the market that currently has the-accepted-then-released story chooses to pass on it, do I send it back to AT and the editor who liked it well enough to accept it once before? Is there some sort of writerly protocol to be used in such situations? Speak to me, oh my minions! Or, you know, anyone else with a clue. Heh.
Everything Else
McCoy hurt on the first possession.
Carroll leaving USC.
Cards in OT.
This, my friends, is why I love football! Heh.
Also, Max had his monthly oncology visit today. Everything was good, except he's lost weight -- he's down to 9.39 kg from 9.89 kg. He never even lost that much during chemo. His doctor wasn't concerned, but being his mom and all, I am. I'm hoping once we identify all his allergies and can start doing multiple-ingredient foods again that his weight will improve. Fingers crossed.
He's doing quite well otherwise -- he's mastered crawling, is pulling himself up to standing on just about everything, and has just started cruising, all within about the past week and a half. Now if he could just get some teeth, he'd be all set!
