Max's scans are scheduled for the first week of September. Hello, scanxiety! As always, your prayers/wishes that there has been no additional tumor growth would be much appreciated.

And speaking of little boys named Max, have you backed the "Max Spencer, Space Inventor" Kickstarter yet? Only 10 9 days left to make this happen, folks! I mean, come on - it's written by a cancer parent about a sick little boy named Max who doesn't let his illness keep him from reaching for the stars! It doesn't get any more perfect than that!



How can you say no to that face? (Well, *I* do it all the time, but I'm his mom - I have built-in defenses, heh.)
