Writing
A friend of mine who lives nearby is starting a once-a-month writing group (she's on LJ, but I haven't figured out how to insert usernames yet), which I'm planning on attending. My inventory of short stories is woefully low, so I'm hoping this will help me be a little more productive in that area. I haven't had much luck with in-person writing groups in the past, so we'll see how it goes.
Everything Else
HUBBY IS HOME FROM FEX EARLY!!!!!!! Plus, today is the start of the college football season.
::contented sigh::
All is right in the world. :)
Interesting thing #22: I'm adopted. Not in the traditional sense; my mother got divorced from my real dad when I was three, and when she remarried, my step-father adopted me and my siblings. I've always known my real dad, though, and never considered anyone else to be my father, regardless of what my reissued birth certificate says. It does play havoc with the genealogy, though. Heh.
