The most recent Eberron Roundtable is up (and has been, apparently, since mid-November -- sorry about that): Eberron authors do the dirty.
(What can I say? I bet it gets more clicks that way than if I'd said, "Gross things writers hate to do." Then again, given this crowd, maybe not. Heh.)
And to all you folks Nanoing this year, good luck with your final push today! (Just remember not to inundate editors/agents with your masterpiece until you've spent as least as much time editing it as you did writing it -- trust me, your forbearance will earn their undying gratitude.)
Everything Else
Max has scans next week. Though he has been off-treatment for a year now, he is still nowhere close to NED, and the fear and worry associated with Scan Week never seems to lessen. There's always a part of you that wonders if this is the time your luck is going to change for the worse. Please join us in praying that Max's luck continues to hold.
In other news, next week will also be fairly important for YB, as he has been chosen for Student of the Week -- yaay! We're very proud of him, and hopefully we can find a way to fit in some time to celebrate amid the 4 days of traveling back and forth to PCH.
That's about it here in Marcyville, other than a brief recap of our Thanksgiving holiday: homemade pumpkin cheesecake, Cher in "Burlesque" and the Huskers set to play Oklahoma in their final Big 12 Championship. In other words, damn near perfect. Hope yours was, as well!
