Ye Olde Random Number Generator has spoken, and the winner of my and Gini Koch's giveaway for Skein of Shadows and The Night Beat is Jo Jones! Congrats, Jo! I'll be emailing you to find out what format you'd like your ebooks delivered in. And thanks so much to everyone who entered here, on FB, and via Twitter! You guys had some great choices for your favorite kick-ass heroines, and your reasons why were even better! We even got some Sabira love at the last minute! Can't beat that, heh.

Things have been kind of stressful around here, with the kids' health issues and my friend Angela passing away over the weekend and some other stuff. So if you're waiting for something from me, feel free to give me a nudge. There's every likelihood that it has slipped my overtaxed mind (or that the post-it note I made to remind myself about it has fallen off my computer on to the endless morass that is my desk, never to be seen again). Mea maximus culpa!
