DARKCON SCHEDULE
Jan. 6th, 2014 06:00 amWriting
Just a quick update to remind you about DarkCon this weekend. I'll be there Saturday and Sunday for sure, as I have panels, and maybe Friday, too, depending on things. Speaking of panels, here's my schedule:
Saturday, 1/11, 3-4 PM (Sagebrush room)
Writing Movie Tie-Ins
with Michael A. Stackpole and Susan Wright
Saturday, 1/11, 4-5 PM (Foyer)
Autograph session
Sunday, 1/12, 1:30-2:30 PM (Sagebrush room)
Writing Different Lengths in Multiple Genres
with Gini Koch and T.L. Smith
Hope to see some of you there!
Everything Else
Took the boys to the Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum this past weekend, and we had a blast with the raptors and reptiles and just the sheer, stark beauty that is southeastern Arizona. If you're ever in Tucson for a weekend, I'd highly recommend a visit - you won't be disappointed. I posted a ton of pictures on FB (yet another reason you should be following me over there), but here's a lucky shot I'm pretty proud of.

When people ask why we endure the heat, the answer (aside from the people) is Januaries that look like that.
