What's Mauve Saturday, you ask? The brainchild of author Tim Marquitz, and a day to support all the creators you love, including authors.
So, with that in mind, might I suggest the following?
The Sensational Six box set - six awesome SF/F/PR stories by seven great authors, still for the the unbeatable price of $0.99 - but not for too much longer! Don't miss out! Includes my and writing partner Jeffrey J. Mariotte's "A Soul in the Hand."
Or if horror/dark fantasy is a little more to your taste, how about Out of Tune, with stories by such luminaries as Seanan McGuire, Christopher Golden, Kelley Armstrong, and of course, Jeff and I ("John Barleycorn Must Die")?
Or say you're a fan of the Sookieverse. Why not pick up Dead But Not Forgotten, which includes Jeff's awesome story, "Taproot"?
Or, you know, ANY of your favorite authors? And since it's also Small Business Saturday, if you can pick some of them up from your local indie bookstore, all the better!
