Tucson Festival of Books is this weekend! Come see hubby/writing partner Jeffrey J. Mariotte and I in booth 109 and at our panel on Spies, Assassins, and Special Ops at 11:30 on Saturday in the Student Union Santa Rita Room! We'll talk about our newest book, Mafia III:Plain of Jars, and there will be a signing after. Myke Cole, Jonathan Maberry, and Gail Carriger will also be on the panel, so it should be a blast!
In other writing news, I sold a poem to Star*Line and finished the 3rd (and hopefully penultimate) draft of the book I was calling "Firmament" but am now calling "Scrap Witch." It's going back to the first reader, since it's now 16K words longer than it was last time he saw it, then on to betas. FX everyone likes it (and that I still like it by that time, heh.)

Kind of been a rough week or so on the personal front, so if you have any prayers or good thoughts to spare, we could use them. Thanks!
