So, here's one of those sales I'd been waiting to announce until I had a link: my reprinted poem, "Child Bride" is in the Spring Issue of Last Girls Club, dedicated to "Strange Births." Print and pdf copies are currently available; ebook should be shortly. NSFW!
I'm also very pleased to announce my pitch was selected for inclusion in an upcoming anthology for Budgie Smuggler Games:
Also, Jeff and I are writing an original comic script for a cool little project and we're working with an awesome up-and-coming artist. More on that when I can share.
So, the wheel's turning, albeit at a leisurely pace, heh.
Everything Else
Got my first dose of the vaccine and celebrated my first half-century on almost the same day, so I've got that going for me. We also got to spend some time doing some socially-distanced exploration of Phoenix's Desert Botanical Gardens, and enjoyed our first restaurant meal in over a year. We just need to hang in there a little longer so all our losses and sacrifices won't be for naught.
Also, Deb Haaland as Secretary of the Interior! A Native woman in charge of Indian Country! Maybe the earth really is healing!
Anyway, stay safe out there, and Happy Aries Season!
