Got a nice letter today from a DM in Brazil who is patterning the shifter/Church of the Silver Flame relations in his Eberron game after my portrayal of them in Legacy of Wolves, and he says his players are loving it! That makes me unaccountably happy; aside from telling a good story, my other main goal when writing D&D fiction is to make readers/players love the setting as much as I do. Looks like I succeeded, for a few people at least. Thanks for the letter, Carlos!

(And, yes, I'm aware of the current costume controversy for the new TV series. No, it's not ideal, but, honestly, it's not any worse than what we see on the vast majority of comic book super-heroines, and it's in keeping with her costume in the comic book reboot. Better, in some respects, since it brings back the "blue" to the old "red, white and blue" that were part of her earliest origins. If Wonder Woman fans really want something to complain about, they should focus on the godawful DEK script. Now, that's a travesty and an insult, ladies, and something that ought to offend you far more than a shiny, magical bustier and 6-inch heels.)
