THEY'RE GOING FAST!

The FB auction for cancer angel Tyler Burdick's family has gone live. There were 5 signed copies of The Shard Axe available. The auction's been live for less than a day and two of them are already gone, so don't miss out on your chance to get yours and help out a family in need at the same time. Win-win!
If you've never participated in a FB auction before, bidding is done via commenting on the photo of the item you want (there, not here, obviously). The second photo in the array (the one with the gold ribbon) has detailed instructions. Bidding goes through November 21st, but given how fast the first two copies went, I doubt the remaining three are going to last that long. Don't wind up kicking yourself because you waited too long! (You can still order signed copies from Mysterious Galaxy or even directly from me, but you'll pay more. Just FYI.)
Also, for local folks, don't forget I'll be at TusCon next weekend. My schedule is here. Stop by and say hi!
Finally, The WotC Book Club is wrapping up, but I want to stress that ALL the threads are atill open, so if you haven't finished yet, that doesn't mean you can't participate! Come get your questions answered, tell me what you liked (or didn't) and maybe get a few hints about the sequel!
Everything Else
This is the time of year when I'm really glad I live in AZ, starting with the day we don't have to set our clocks back (heh). High 60s/low 70s when others are shoveling snow doesn't hurt, either.
(Now, someone kindly remind of this post in May when it's already 100 and my power bill is over $500, okay? Heh.)
