Pretty crappy stats for this month, but, then, it was a pretty rough month all around here, so I guess that's not surprising (you know it's bad when your husband has to call from Iraq to straighten out certain people's attitudes). The good news is that Legacy of Wolves has garnered a couple more glowing reviews, and sales seem decent (as well as I can judge from keeping an obsessive watch on the arcane Amazon sales ranking, anyway).

Everything Else

We've been averaging about 110-115 degrees here, and next week it may get up to 120 (it's hotter here than in Iraq, if that gives you any idea). It's so hot we can't even go swimming until the evening, and the kids are stuck inside all day. Can we say miserable?

I'm pretty much right next door to you and I know exactly how you feel. I dread the coming electric bill, but I also know that I am MUCH happier here than I was in San Diego...so I will tolerate the heat.
