Fellow Eberron author and GenCon battle buddy Jeff LaSala has just announced that he's signed a contract with WotC to write another book for them. Run over to his blog and congratulate him!
And as long as we're mentioning books by friends, check out Samantha Henderson's upcoming Ravenloft novel, Clockwork Angels. I had the pleasure of beta-reading this one, and let me tell you, it's good. Don't miss out!
Everything Else
Everyone is finally healthy here again (for now - the ILs visited this weekend and were sick, so only time will tell if they infected us with their strain of the plague). YB has outgrown his toddler bed at the tender age of 3 and 3/4, so we'll be switching him over to a full this week. Of course, since he sleeps on the floor most of the time, I'm not sure what effect that will have, other than giving him less room to play when he's supposed to be napping. And that's about it as far as new happenings in Marcyville. About as exciting as watching paint dry, but without the fumes. Heh.
