Thanks, everyone, for the commiserations RE: my last post. It isn't worth it at this point for me to pursue any kind of action against the publication. I'll just chalk it up under "lessons learned" and move on.
Everything Else
We went on a family hike yesterday at Lost Dutchman State Park, along the Treasure Loop Trail. It was only a couple of miles, but made more challenging by the presence of a 3-year-old who wanted to be carried much of the way. And by the fact that we forgot the snacks on the kitchen counter, heh. Good exercise, though I wouldn't recommend carrying a 35-lb. toddler on your back for the duration. Owww.
