Legacy of Wolves got another review on Amazon -- 3 stars. Sadly, I have to agree with the reviewer -- the mystery probably was given away too early. There were a lot of reasons for that, not all of which were under my control, but suffice to say it's something I'll be working on correcting in the next two books.
In other review news, David Hebblethwaite of The Fix called my poem in December's issue of Ideomancer, "The Diamond Throne," an "enjoyable piece." (Well, to be fair, he said that about all the poems in this issue, but, hey, those other poets have their own blogs. Heh.)
Everything Else
Well, the Cards lost. It was a good run, and I really thought they had it when Fitzgerald made that touchdown with under three minutes left in the game. Alas, the Cards performed much like another red and white team I love that often chokes in key moments. And poor Larry -- not only will his sanity be leeched away by his fruitless worship of the Elder Gods, but now he won't even have a ring to show for it. Buck up, Lar -- they'd just have eaten it when they come to devour you, anyway.
